If you are having an issue with a project that requires you to work with our support team, here is how to send them the unique Project ID (project names may not be unique). This article describes the steps on a PC or Mac.
- Open the project in RoomSketcher Home Designer.
- The Project ID (PID) is the number located in the address bar of your browser.
- Either copy this number, and paste it into a support request
Take a screenshot of the project which includes the project ID and add it to the support request.
