When you sign up for a RoomSketcher account, you should immediately get an email from us that confirms that you are a registered user. This email will include a confirmation code that you can use to activate your account. You need to activate your account before you can sign in.
If you have not received the email with confirmation code, these are the most likely reasons:
- The email is in your spam folder.
Please check your spam folder and see if you have received an email from us
- You entered the wrong email address when you registered.
If you typed your email wrong, you will not get the confirmation code. If you think you might have entered the wrong email, just register 1 more time.
If you have not received the email in your spam folder, and are sure you entered the correct email when you registered, just submit a ticket to us with Subject “Activate Account”, and we will help you out. Please make sure you use the same email address as you used when you registered, or we will not be able to find your account.
