You can set your country when you sign up for a RoomSketcher account. If you need to change the country setting, e.g. if you are being charged VAT even though you are not a resident of Norway, follow the instructions in this article.

You can also set your time zone, so that you see your local time when a project is created or modified. 

Change the Country or Time Zone – Free and VIP Subscribers

1. Go to www.roomsketcher.com and Sign In to your RoomSketcher account. Your Web Account opens.
   
2. Click the Account tab then click User Settings.
3. Scroll down and use the Country drop down to choose your country.
   
   
   
   
4. Use the Time Zone drop down to choose your time zone.
5. Click Save.
   
   

Change the Country or Time Zone – Pro Subscribers

1. Go to www.roomsketcher.com and Sign In to your RoomSketcher Pro account. Your Web Account opens.
2. Click the Account tab.
3. To change the Country: 
   Click Account Settings (on the left)and use the Country drop down to choose your country.
   
   
   
   Then click Save.
   
   
4. To change the Time Zone:
   Click User Settings (on the left)and use the Time Zone drop down to choose your time zone.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save.
