If you are not able to edit a project, a wall or an item, it might be because you have accidentally locked your project, wall or item. However, all you need to do in order to be able to edit again is to unlock said project, wall or item. This article explains how you do this.
Locked Project
Open your Project in Web Editor.
Click on Properties, click Level and then click Advanced - Make sure "Lock" is unchecked
Locked Wall
Open your project in Web Editor.
Be sure to be in Walls Mode . Click on the Wall that you think might be locked, click Properties, click Walls and then click Advanced, and make sure that the Lock box is not checked.
Locked Item
Open your project in Web Editor.
Be sure to be in Furniture Mode , if the item is a piece of furniture (or Windows if the item is a Door, a Window etc.). Click on the item that you think might be locked, click Properties, click Furniture and then click Advanced, and make sure that the Lock box is not checked.
Locked 3D Room Name Position
Open your project in Web Editor.
Be sure to be in Walls Mode . Click on the one that you think might be locked, click Properties, click Walls and then click Advanced. Make sure that the Lock 3D Name box is not checked.
