Here are the steps to order a correction if our illustrators have made a mistake on your ordered Floor Plan.
- Sign In to your RoomSketcher Account page and click Projects.
- Click a Project Name to open its Project Dashboard.
- Click More, and then Order Correction. This link is available for 14 days from the date the order was placed.
- The Order Correction page appears. You can use the checkboxes to indicate the Problem and if you feel more information is needed, describe the problem in the included text field.
- Next, click Submit.
Note: You will receive a message confirming that the correction was submitted and within 6 business hours you will receive an email with a link to your corrected floor plans.
