Customize Your Letterhead

RoomSketcher Pro and Team subscribers can customize the “letterhead” for their floor plans. Letterhead is the information that is printed with the floor plan. This article contains the following topics:

 

Open the Letterhead Tab

  1. Go to www.roomsketcher.com and Sign In to your account. Your Web Account opens.
  2. Click the Account tab and then click Account Settings.



  3. On the right, click Advanced Account Settings.
  4. Click the Letterhead tab and click Create Letterhead.
 

Add or Remove the Project Name or Level Name

  1. On the right side, check or clear the checkboxes for Project Name or Level Name.

  2. Under each, choose the alignment, font size, color, and other options.
  3. Click Apply to view a preview of your new letterhead in the center.
 

Add Your Company Logo

  1. If you haven’t already uploaded a logo, click the Logos tab
  2. Next to Logo for letterhead, click Choose File to upload your own logo. Your logo must be jpg.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Return to the Letterhead tab and add Owner Logo to the Header or Footer. In the example below, we will add it to the Footer, on the Right-Section.



  5. Click Apply to view a preview of your new letterhead in the center of the page.
 

Remove the RoomSketcher Logo

  • If you want to remove the RoomSketcher Logo, on the Letterhead tab, ensure that RoomSketcher Logo is not selected in any of the Header or Footer options.
 

Add a Disclaimer Text

  1. Click the Settings tab.
  2. In the center under Disclaimer Information, write your disclaimer text.



  3. Click Apply.
  4. Return to the Letterhead tab and check the box that says Display Disclaimer Text (it is located in the center of the footer).
  5. Click the down-arrow next to one of the Header or Footer sections where you want to display the disclaimer. In this example, we will place it in the Footer, in the Right Section.



  6. Click Apply to view a preview of your new letterhead in the center of the page.

 

 

Add a Colored Background to Your 2D Letterhead
