RoomSketcher accepts payments through your PayPal account or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) for your orders from our Floor Plan Services.

Pay with Credit Card

When you order floor plans from our Floor Plan Services, you get directed to PayPal. You can choose if you want to pay with a variety of credit cards through the PayPal system (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) or your PayPal account. If you want to pay with a credit card, simply choose Pay with a card and enter your credit card details.

To purchase:

1. When the PayPal screen appears, manually fill in the information under Pay with a card. 
2. Use a credit card to complete the transaction.
3. Should PayPal ask you to create a PayPal account, simply choose option No, thanks.

I have a PayPal account but I'm having troubles using it 

Occasionally, customers have problems purchasing or renewing their subscription using a PayPal account. This issue is usually solved by purchasing using a credit card, rather than logging in to the PayPal account. 

To do so, follow the steps above and make sure that you are not signed in to PayPal; you can empty your browser cache or work with an Incognito window should your browser have saved your PayPal credentials.
