Occasionally, users have problems purchasing or renewing their subscription using a PayPal account. This issue is usually solved by purchasing using a credit card, rather than logging in to your Paypal account.
- When the PayPal Log In screen appears, click Pay with a card. Make sure that you are not signed in to PayPal, you can empty your browser cache or work with an Incognito window should your browser have saved your PayPal credentials.
- Use a credit card to complete the transaction.
- Should PayPal ask you to create a PayPal account, simply choose option No, thanks.
