I Paid for an Upgrade but Can't See It

Did you pay for an upgrade, but your account or project doesn't appear to be upgraded?

In rare cases, we don't handle the payment callback correctly causing us not to deliver the product you just bought. Most of the time we are able to fix this issue within 30 minutes.

If you didn't get the product you paid for, please wait 30 minutes and then sign out and in to your account. 

Should this not help, please contact us and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.
