Can I access Live 3D in my browser?
Yes, you can also access Live 3D in your browser. You find a link directly within the App. Here's how to get there:
- In the RoomSketcher App, click the yellow menu and under column Project, click Live 3D.
- On the right, click View Live 3D in Browser.
Live 3D stops loading
If you have worked on several larger projects in one session, or on one large project with a lot of items, it might happen that Live 3D doesn't load all furniture. It will then help to delete the cache. To do so, follow these steps:
- From the main menu go to Settings, then open 3D Cache Settings.
- Click Clear 3D File Cache.
- Click Save.
- Start Live 3D again.
