What Are 360 Views?
RoomSketcher’s 360 Views let you explore a single room or area in a fully immersive, panoramic experience.
- 360 Views are available for Pro and Team subscribers.
- Rendered in high-quality 2000 x 2000 pixel resolution.
- 360 Views are created using the RoomSketcher App on a Mac or Windows computer as well as on tablets.
- Viewable directly in the RoomSketcher App or on most browsers and devices — including smartphones.
- Best suited for individual rooms or areas. If you’d like to take a virtual walkthrough or view the entire floor plan from above, use the Live 3D feature instead.
Can I See a Preview of the 360 View?
Yes! You can first create a 360 Preview and fine-tune it, and when you are satisfied, generate your premium 360 View, for beautiful quality, complete with shadows, reflections, and a true feel for the space.
- Open the RoomSketcher App and create, or open your project.
- Set the location and properties of the camera (to customize the 360 View):
- Location: Press & drag to place the camera in the center of the room, as the 360 View will rotate at the camera’s location.

Height. Select the camera and make adjustments to its Elevation on the right.
- Press 360 Preview
in the top toolbar. The 360 Preview appears.
- Click Play/Stop in the lower left to stop and start the Preview. You can also use the controls on the bottom of the preview page to:
- Change the direction of the rotation.
- Look up or down.
- Zoom, and view it full screen.
- Click Save Preview to save it.
How Do I Generate a Premium 360 View?
- Generate a Preview, as described above.
- Click Generate 360 View.
- Depending on the complexity of your project, the generation may take up to an hour.
Tip: Periodically click the blue Click here to check order link at the top of the page. The generation takes place in the background so you can continue other work while it is created for you.
Where Do I Find My 360 Views and Previews
- Click Menu (yellow button in the top left) and then 360 Views.
- The 360 Views page opens and shows all of your saved previews and 360 Views.
Can I Share the 360 Views?
It’s easy to share 360 Views with friends and clients. RoomSketcher 360 Views can be displayed in most browsers and on most devices – including smartphones.
- Open a 360 View as described above and click Share.
- The Share 360 Views page appears.
- Open the Link tab to copy a link - for example, to paste it into an email.

Open the Embed tab to copy the HTML to place the 360 View on your website.

Each 360° View costs 5 Credits to generate. Once created, you can share it or view it anytime — no additional Credits are needed.

A 360° View is a single, high-quality image that lets you look around from one fixed spot in a room. It’s great for sharing a realistic snapshot of your design.
Live 3D, on the other hand, is an interactive walkthrough where you can move freely through your entire project and explore every room from any angle.

Yes. You can create several 360° Views from different spots in your project to showcase various rooms or angles.

Absolutely. Once your 360° View is ready, you can share it online with a simple link — no download required.
