This article shows you how to order a correction to a floor plan ordered from our expert illustrators. Our team works hard to deliver your floor plans just as you ordered them. If we have made a mistake, let us know, and we’ll fix it for you.

How Do I Order a Correction?
We are committed to providing professional and accurate floor plans. If there's a mistake in your floor plan, you can request a correction. Here’s how to do it:
- Sign In to your RoomSketcher account.
- Click My Projects, then open the project for which you want to order a correction.
- Click More in the top right corner.

A window opens; click Order correction.
Note: This link is available for 14 days from the date the order was placed.
- The Order Correction page opens.
- Select the affected floors, i.e. in which floor should we make the correction?
- Click Describe the issue and use the checkboxes to indicate the Problem Area.
- In the comment field, please describe the correction you want us to make.
- Click Order Correction.
When your corrections are completed, you will receive an email with a link to your corrected floor plans.
Tip for Team Customers: Add a Picture to Your Correction
RoomSketcher Team subscribers can upload a picture along with the written instructions.
To add a picture to your correction
- Follow the steps 1-4 from above.
- On the Order Correction window, click on Upload und the Floor name.
- Upload one picture per floor, the supported formats are jpg, png, and PDF.
