How Can I Order a Correction?

This article shows you how to order a correction to a floor plan ordered from our expert illustrators. Our team works hard to deliver your floor plans just as you ordered them. If we have made a mistake, let us know, and we’ll fix it for you.

How Do I Order a Correction?

We are committed to providing professional and accurate floor plans. If there's a mistake in your floor plan, you can request a correction. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Sign In to your RoomSketcher account.
  2. Click My Projects, then open the project for which you want to order a correction.
  3. Click More in the top right corner. 
  4. A window opens; click Order correction

    Note: This link is available for 14 days from the date the order was placed.

  5. The Order Correction page opens. 
    • Select the affected floors, i.e. in which floor should we make the correction?
    • Click Describe the issue and use the checkboxes to indicate the Problem Area.
    • In the comment field, please describe the correction you want us to make.
  6. Click Order Correction.

When your corrections are completed, you will receive an email with a link to your corrected floor plans.

 

Tip for Team Customers: Add a Picture to Your Correction

RoomSketcher Team subscribers can upload a picture along with the written instructions. 

To add a picture to your correction

  1. Follow the steps 1-4 from above. 
  2. On the Order Correction window, click on Upload und the Floor name.  
  3. Upload one picture per floor, the supported formats are jpg, png, and PDF.
