Once your floor plan order is complete, you will receive an email. You can access your floor plans directly from a link in this email. Additionally, you can also access your projects and floor plans either from your Web Account (when you are signed in on a browser) or from the RoomSketcher App.

Find Your Order

Option 1 - Click on the link in the email

1. Open the email that you received from us. 
   Tip: The subject is "Your Floor Plans Are Complete: Project Name" 
2. Click the Download Floor Plans link in the email you have received. 
   The Project Dashboard opens in your RoomSketcher Web Account.
   
   

Option 2 - Directly sign in to your Web Account

1. Sign in to www.roomsketcher.com. 
2. Click Projects.
   
   
   
   
3. All your projects are stored here. Click the name of the project you ordered.
   
   
   
   

Once you have opened the Project Dashboard, several options are available to you, which we will explain below.

View Your Floor Plans

1. Click on the level name under 2D Floor Plans or 3D Floor Plans.
2. Click View to see the floor plan.
   
   

Download and Print

1. Click on the level name under 2D Floor Plans or 3D Floor Plans.
2. Click Download to select the file format, orientation, and paper size.

Edit Your Floor Plans

Using the RoomSketcher App, you can make changes to your delivered floor plans, such as changing room names or changing the furniture.

1. Make sure you have downloaded the RoomSketcher App.
2. From the Project Dashboard, click on Edit in App.

Order a Correction

Did we make a mistake based on the uploaded blueprint? 

1. ClickOrder Correction. 
2. Fill out the information. You can find more details here: Order a Correction

Find Your Order

Make sure you have downloaded the RoomSketcher App.

1. Open the RoomSketcher App.
2. Make sure you're signed in to your account. If the man icon is red, you're not signed in. Click on it to sign in.
   
   
   
   
3. Open the menu .
4. Under the Project column, click Open.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the name of the ordered project to open it on the drawing pane. 

View Your Floor Plans

1. Open the menu .
2. Click on 2D Floor Plans or 3D Floor Plans to see the options.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the floor plan image to view it.
   
   

Download and Print

• Open the menu .
• Click on 2D Floor Plans or 3D Floor Plans to see the options.
  
  
  
  
• Click Save to Disk to download your floor plan.
  
  
  
  
• Select the file format, orientation, and paper size.

• To print your floor plan, click Print.
  
  
  
  
• Choose the format, paper size, and orientation you prefer.
  
  

Tip: If you want more options, first download the floor plan to your computer, and then print it.

Edit Your Floor Plan

1. Open the project on your drawing pane.
2. To make changes to your floor plan, follow the steps in this article: Edit Your Floor Plan Order
   
   

Order a Correction

Did we make a mistake based on the uploaded blueprint?

1. Open the menu .
2. Click Order Correction.
3. The Order Correction page opens in a browser. Fill out the information and submit your correction.
