My Order is Complete, What Now?

Once your floor plan order is complete, you will receive an email. You can access your floor plans directly by clicking on the link in this email. Additionally, you can also access your projects and floor plans from the RoomSketcher App.

These steps explain all your option when working with the RoomSketcher App:

Find Your Order

Make sure you have downloaded the RoomSketcher App.

  1. Open the RoomSketcher App.
  2. Make sure you're signed in to your account. If the man icon is red, you're not signed in. Click on it to sign in.

  3. Open the menu Icon - Main Menu.png .
  4. Under the Project column, click Open.

  5. Click on the name of the ordered project to open it on the drawing pane. 

 

View Your Floor Plans

  1. Open the menu Icon - Main Menu.png.
  2. Click on 2D Floor Plans or 3D Floor Plans to see the options.

  3. Click the floor plan image to view it.

Download and Print

  • Open the menu Icon - Main Menu.png.
  • Click on 2D Floor Plans or 3D Floor Plans to see the options.

  • Click Save to Disk to download your floor plan.

  • Select the file format, orientation, and paper size.

  • To print your floor plan, click Print.

  • Choose the format, paper size, and orientation you prefer.

Tip: If you want more options, first download the floor plan to your computer, and then print it.

 

Edit Your Floor Plan

  1. Open the project on your drawing pane.
  2. To make changes to your floor plan, follow the steps in this article: Edit Your Floor Plan Order
     

Order a Correction

Did we make a mistake based on the uploaded blueprint?

  1. Open the menu Icon - Main Menu.png.
  2. Click Order Correction.
  3. The Order Correction page opens in a browser. Fill out the information and submit your correction.
