How Can I Add Users to a RoomSketcher Account?

RoomSketcher Team subscribers can add additional users to a RoomSketcher account. Use this option if you have multiple agents drawing or ordering floor plans. They will each have their own login and have access to their own and all other projects. 

 

Which Subscription Do I Need to Be Able to Add Users?

First, make sure you have a Team subscription.

  • You can either directly buy Team from our pricing page.
    or
  • If you have already a Pro subscription, we can upgrade it to Team for you. Please contact us and request that you want to be upgraded to Team.
     

How Do I Get Additional Users to My Account?

When you want to add users to your account, please send us an email

To set them up correctly, we need the following information for each user:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Access rights:
    • Normal User – Can view and edit all projects, and can order floor plans
    • Admin User – Has all Normal User permissions, plus access to the Floor Plan Report

We will create the users for you once we receive this information.

If you’d like to change access rights for any existing users, for example, you need an additional admin, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
