Do you want to change the email address that you are using to sign in to RoomSketcher?
It's easy, just follow these steps:
- Sign In to your web portal.
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select My Profile.
- Click on your email address.
- In New Email, enter the new email address.
- In Password, enter your password and then click Update Email.
Notes for Facebook and Apple ID Sign In
- If you use Facebook or Apple Sign In to sign in RoomSketcher, you can follow the steps above to change the email address RoomSketcher uses to send you notifications (such as floor plan orders status messages).
- To sign in to your account, you will continue to use Facebook or Apple Sign In.
Can I Switch My Facebook or Apple Sign In to Sign In with Email and Password?
Yes. If you originally created your RoomSketcher account using Facebook or Apple Sign In, you can also set up email and password sign in.
Once you create a password, you can sign in using your email address and password. You can still continue to use Facebook or Apple Sign In as well.
Follow these steps:
- Sign In to your web portal.
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select My Profile.
- Click Specify Password.
- The Specify Password page opens. Note the Email address. This is the email address to use to Sign In.
- Type a password in field New Password and then type the same password in field Confirm New Password.
- Click Set Password.
You have now added email and password sign in to your RoomSketcher account.
The next time you sign in, you can choose either to use your email address and password, or continue signing in with Facebook or Apple.
