Did you forget your password for your RoomSketcher account? No worries, we have you covered. You can reset your password, either from the RoomSketcher App or from your web portal in a browser:

How Do I Reset My Password in RoomSketcher Web Portal?

  1. Go to app.roomsketcher.com, and click Sign In. The Sign In page appears. 
  2. Click the Forgot Your Password link. The Reset Password page appears.
  3. In Your Email, type your email address, click to verify, and then click Reset Password.
  4.  Follow the instructions in the email.
     

How Do I Reset My Password in the RoomSketcher App?

  1. Open the RoomSketcher App and click Sign In with RoomSketcher.  
  2. Under the Sign In button, click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address, then click Reset Password
  4. Follow the instructions in the email.

 

Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues

Why Am I Seeing “No User Found”?

If you see a message saying No user found after trying to reset your password, it usually means one of the following:

  • You do not have a RoomSketcher account registered with that email address.
  • You signed up using Apple Sign In or Facebook Sign In instead of creating an account with an email address and password.

If you signed up with Apple or Facebook, you will need to continue signing in using that same method instead of resetting a password.

 

I get “The Code Does Not Match the One Most Recently Sent to You”

If you see the message The code does not match the one most recently sent to you, it usually means that more than one password reset request was made.

This can happen if:

  • The reset link was clicked more than once
  • Two confirmation attempts were triggered close together
  • The reset button was accidentally double-clicked

When this happens, the system only accepts the most recently generated reset link.

To resolve this:

  • Use the latest password reset email you received
  • Or wait a little while before requesting a new password reset link and trying again
