How Can I Activate My RoomSketcher Account?

This article explains the account activation process, how to sign in to your account, and what to do if something goes wrong during the activation process.

Activate Your Account

  • During the sign up process for a RoomSketcher account, you received an email from us.
  • Simply click on the link in the email to activate your account.

Sign In to Your Account

Once you have activated your account, you can sign in from www.roomsketcher.com or directly from the RoomSketcher App at any time.

I Did Not Receive My Confirmation Email

  1. Please check your Spam folder to see if the email is there.
  2. Check that you entered your email address correctly. 
    • If you have typed your email address incorrectly, you will not receive the activation email. The email you used to sign up is displayed on the Confirm Email page that appears after you press the Sign-Up button on the Sign Up page.

    • If you think you might have entered the wrong email, just register again with the correct email address.
  3. Check back later.
    • Depending on your email provider, you might have to wait several minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.

  • If none of the above steps work, please contact us, and we will help you.
  • When you submit the ticket, please make sure to use the same email address that you used when you registered so that we can locate your account sign-up information.
