Every RoomSketcher project includes an automatically generated project presentation. Just email the presentation link or share it on your social media accounts. Anyone can view your project, and you won’t need to send large files!

What is Included in a Project Presentation?
Your recipients will see a beautiful presentation featuring:
- The floor plans you’ve generated
- The 3D Photos you’ve taken
- The furniture used in the project
- Live 3D (if you have a Pro or Team subscription and have enabled Share Live 3D)
Plus, if they have the RoomSketcher App installed on their computer or tablet, they can click Open in App to open a copy of your project and play with (edit) the floor plan.
How Can I Share the Project Presentation?
You share a project by sending a link to the project presentation. You’ll find the link in your web portal. Here are the steps:
- Open your web portal at app.roomsketcher.com.
- Click My Projects.
- Select a project.
- In the top right, click the …More button.
- To share the project:
- If you have a Pro or Team subscription, click Share Project.
- If you have a Free subscription, you must first enable sharing – click Enable Now.
- The Share Project page opens.
What Sharing Options Do I Have?
On the Share Project page, you’ll see your sharing options.
- View project presentation: Opens the project presentation in a new browser tab.
- Email: Opens a new email with the project presentation link.
- Facebook: Creates a Facebook post draft containing the presentation link.
- X: Creates a post draft on X with the presentation link.
- Copy icon: Copies the presentation link so you can paste it anywhere.
Tip: The project presentation displays the items you have generated for the project (such as floor plans, 3D photos or 360 views). If you have a Pro or Team subscription and want to include Live 3D, make sure Share Live 3D is enabled for the project.
Can I Add My Branding to a Project Presentation?
If you have a Team subscription, you can create a branded project presentation.
- Replace the RoomSketcher logo with your own logo
- Link your logo directly to your website
- Include your generated 2D and 3D Floor Plans, 3D Photos, and 360 Views
- To keep the presentation short and focused, the furniture list is not included.
- Viewers can open a copy of the project in the RoomSketcher App or view it in Live 3D (when Share Live 3D is enabled)
How Do I Get a Branded Project Presentation?
You can get a branded project presentation, and we can also customize your floor plans to match your company’s branding. Please read more about it here: How Can I Add My Company Branding to My Floor Plans?
All you need to do is one of the following:
- Book a short training session with one of our experts. You tell us what you want and we set it up.
- Or send us an email and tell us that you like to have a branded project presentation.
What Happens if a Client or Friend Clicks Open in App in the Project Presentation?
When you share a project presentation and the viewer has the RoomSketcher App installed on their computer or tablet, they can click Open in App to open a copy of your project and explore the floor plan.
Viewers always work on their own copy of the project. Any changes they make will not affect your original project.
If the viewer has a Free subscription and you have a Pro or Team subscription, they will only have access to Free-level features. They can view any Pro or Team features included in the project, but they won’t be able to add their own items or features that are only available with Pro or Team (for example add furniture from the extended library, or use features such as Replace Material).
