How Can I Rotate a Floor or Wall Material?

You can rotate a floor or wall material to change the direction of tiles, wood planks, panels, patterns or any other material in the RoomSketcher App. Watch the short video to see how it’s done, or follow the steps below.

 

You can rotate floor and wall materials to change the direction. Below, we explain the steps for floor material, but it works the same way for wall materials. 

1. In Materials mode, click the room that contains the flooring you like, to select it. Its Properties appear on the right.
2. Click Floor Material. The Select Material page appears.
3. In Rotation, type the angle of rotation. For example, 45 degrees or 90 degrees.
   
   
   
    
4. Click Apply. The flooring rotates.
