Credit History in Web Portal

Are you wondering how you spent your Credits? Maybe you even have a Team subscription with multiple users and you want to know who has used what. Our Credit History gives you a complete overview that you can also download.

  1. Sign In to your web portal.
  2. Click the blue profile icon in the top-right corner (yellow if you’re using dark mode).
  3. Select Account Settings.
  4. Select Reports.
  5. Under report type, choose Credit History Report, and year and month. 


     
  6. Click Search.

You’ll see an overview of your credits, which you can also download as an Excel file.

How Do Credits Work for AI Renders?

AI Renders cost 0.10 Credit each, but Credits are deducted in bundles of 1 full Credit at a time.

  • When you create your first AI Render, 1 full Credit is deducted — this covers your first 10 renders.
  • No additional Credits are deducted for renders 2 through 10.
  • On your 11th render, another full Credit is deducted, covering renders 11–20, and so on.
  • In short: 1 Credit = 10 AI Renders, always deducted upfront as a full Credit.
  • AI Renders are available for all users in web portal, and all users pay with Credits for AI Renders.
