Credits are RoomSketcher's virtual currency. Credits are used, i.e., deducted from your account total, when you create projects, generate products such as 3D Floor Plans, 3D Photos, 360 Views, or order floor plans.
- Pro and Team subscribers use Credits for all paid products, both in web portal and in the RoomSketcher App.
- Free subscribers use Credits only in web portal. In the RoomSketcher App, they pay with in-app purchases.

How Do Monthly Credits Work?
When you buy a Pro subscription, you receive 5 monthly Credits. Team subscribers start with 20 monthly Credits. These Credits are replenished on the first of each month based on usage.
Example
Lisa signed up for a Pro subscription on August 1st. She received 5 Credits. During August, she generated three 3D Photos. One 3D Photo costs 1 Credit. At the end of the month, she had 2 Credits left. On September 1st, her account was filled with 3 Credits.

Good to Know
- One Credit is deducted when you first save a project. After that, you can save it as often as you like at no extra cost.
- All 2D Floor Plan generations are free for Pro and Team subscribers.
- 3D Floor Plans, 3D Photos, and 360 Views each deduct Credits every time they are generated.
Note for Free Subscribers
- You can use Credits for new projects, 2D Floor Plans, 3D Floor Plans, and 3D Photos only when you are in web portal.
- Floor Plan Orders must be purchased with a credit card or other payment method, even in web portal.
- Credits are not available as a payment method in the RoomSketcher App.
- Only Pro and Team subscribers get monthly Credits. As a Free subscriber, you receive 2 complementary Credits when you start with RoomSketcher.
What Can I Do if I Need More Credits?
If you need additional Credits, you can purchase Credit Refills at any time. Sign in to your web portal and click the Credits icon in the top-right corner. Pro and Team subscribers can choose from five different Credit Refill packages. Buying larger packages offers better value. Free subscribers have access to a single Credit Refill option.
These Credits remain valid as long as your subscription is active.
