Do you have a project in one RoomSketcher Account, and want to move it to another? For example, you have a project in your Free subscription, and you want to move it to your Pro subscription account. This article describes the steps on a PC or Mac.
Step 1: Open the Project Presentation page
- Sign In to your web account at app.RoomSketcher.com with the account that contains the project you want to move.
- Click Projects on the left, then open the project you want to move.
- Click the three dots More menu in the top right.
- Click Share Project.
- In the Share Project window, click the copy icon and open ther URL in a new browser tab.
- The Project Presentation opens.
Step 2: Open your RoomSketcher App and save the project
- Sign in to the RoomSketcher App with your second account - the account where you want to move the project to.
- Back in your browser on the Project Presentation page, click Open in App. The project opens in the RoomSketcher App.
- In the RoomSketcher App, choose Make a Copy from the main menu.
The project is now saved to your second account.
How Can I Move a Project to Another User in My Team Account?
If you have a Team account with several users, you can change the project owner directly in web portal. This is useful when another team member should take over or manage the project.
- Sign in to web portal.
- Open the project you want to move to another user.
- Click the three dots More menu in the top right.
- Select Project Properties.
- Under User, choose the team member you want to move the project to.
- Click Save.
The project is now assigned to the selected user in your Team account.
