Getting Started: 5 Ways to Create Your Floor Plan

  • Updated

Ready to create your first floor plan? With RoomSketcher, you can get started in five different ways depending on what you have available. You can draw a floor plan from scratch, capture a space using LiDAR, upload and convert an existing plan with AI, trace over a blueprint manually, or have our experts redraw it for you. Each option is designed to fit a different workflow — whether you're starting with nothing or already have a plan in hand.

Where Do I Start?

All projects begin in RoomSketcher's Web Portal in your browser. Here are your steps:

  1. Go to app.roomsketcher.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Click New Project.
  3. Choose how you want to create your floor plan.
