Create a Letterhead with Your Logo and Information
As a RoomSketcher Pro or Team subscriber, you can personalize the “letterhead” that appears on your floor plans. The letterhead is the information printed alongside your floor plan, including property details such as the address or floor names, your logo, and a disclaimer.
The letterhead will appear whenever you download or print your 2D and 3D floor plans with the letterhead option enabled.
Here's How You Create Your Own Letterhead
- Sign in to web portal at app.roomsketcher.com.
- In the left menu, click Styles.
- Scroll down to Floor Plans and click Letterhead (Default).
- Click Create Custom Letterhead.
- Click one of the options to create your letterhead.
Upload Logo
Upload your logo as a JPG or PNG file. For best results, use an image size similar to the one you want displayed on your letterhead.
Disclaimer Text
Add a short disclaimer that will appear on your floor plan. This is typically used for legal notes or additional information about the drawings.
Tip: Keep the text brief — one or two short sentences work best so it fits neatly on the letterhead.
Font and Color
Customize how the text on your letterhead appears. You can choose from several available fonts and adjust the font sizes. You can also set the text color to match your branding.
To choose a color, either:
- Pick a color using the color wheel, or
- Enter a specific HEX color code.
Header
The header appears at the top of your floor plan. You can decide what should appear in the left, center, and right sections.
For each section, choose one of the following options:
- Nothing
- Logo (the Style or your Company logo)
- If you only have one Style, the logo from that Style will be used. If you have multiple Styles, the Company logo refers to the logo from your default Style.
- Style Name
- Disclaimer Text
Footer
The footer appears at the bottom of your floor plan. Like the header, you can choose what is displayed in the left, center, and right sections.
Available options include:
- Nothing
- Logo (the Style or your Company logo)
- If you only have one Style, the logo from that Style will be used. If you have multiple Styles, the Company logo refers to the logo from your default Style.
- Style Name
- Disclaimer Text
You also find a checkbox to display the disclaimer at the very bottom of the page.
Advanced
In Advanced settings, you can control additional layout options for your letterhead.
Here you can:
- Choose whether to show the Project Name and/or Floor Name
- Set horizontal and vertical alignment
- Adjust the margins
- Define the header and footer alignment
These options help you fine-tune how the letterhead and floor plan are positioned on the page.
