What Are Letterhead Templates?
Templates are ready-made letterhead layouts created by RoomSketcher. With five templates to choose from, such as Centered Header with Logo, Left-Aligned Header with Logo, or Centered Footer with Logo, you can quickly find a layout that fits your brand.
Templates are found under Styles > Floor Plans > Letterhead > Templates in RoomSketcher's Web Portal.
What Does a Letterhead Template Change?
Applying a letterhead template updates the layout and placement of elements such as your logo, project name, and disclaimer text. Importantly, your existing content is preserved:
Your logo, disclaimer text, and project name will not be overwritten.
Only the layout structure is updated to match the selected template.
How Do I Apply a Letterhead Template?
- Sign in to your web portal at app.roomsketcher.com.
- In the left menu, click Styles.
- Under Floor Plans, go to Letterhead (Custom).
- Click Templates.
- A pop-up informs you about the Templates features, click View Templates to get to the templates.
Tip: You can toggle Don't show this again if you prefer to go straight to the template gallery in the future (it will also apply to 2D and Letterhead Templates). - Browse the available layouts and click one to apply it.
The layout structure settings will update instantly to match the selected template.
Can I Customize a Template After Applying It?
Yes! After selecting a template, you can continue to adjust individual settings, such as logo placement, project information display, and more.
