Share Your Project with a Project Presentation
Want to share a project with clients, family, or friends? For each of your projects, we automatically create a cool Project Presentation for you. Simply email the Project Presentation link, or post it on your social media accounts (such as X, Instagram or Facebook). Your recipients see a beautiful presentation, including any Floor Plans you have generated, any 3D Photos you have generated, the furniture used in the project, and Live 3D (if you have enabled Share Live 3D).
Plus, if the person you are sharing your project with has the RoomSketcher App installed on their computer or tablet, they can open a copy of your project in RoomSketcher, edit the project and save a copy to their own account.
With the project link, anyone can view floor plans or 3D visuals without the need to send large files.
To get the Project Presentation Link from within the App
- In the RoomSketcher App, open the project you want to share.
- Click the yellow menu and under Project, click Properties.
- On the right, click Share.
- A window opens. Click Enable Sharing.
- A new window opens. Click Copy to copy the URL.
- Paste this link, for example in an email, to share your project presentation with others.
Note: Customers with a Pro or Team subscription can also enable Share Live 3D directly from this window.
Branded Project Presentation (Team)
If you have a Team subscription, you'll get a branded project presentation.
What Features Do I Get With a Branded Project Presentation?
- The RoomSketcher logo can be replaced with your own logo.
- Additionally, you can link your website to the logo.
- The project presentation shows your 3D and 2D Floor Plans, as well as 3D Photos and 360 Views. Furniture is not listed.
- Plus, your customer can open a copy of the project in the App or look at in in Live 3D (make sure you have Share Live 3D enabled).
How Do I Get a Branded Project Presentation?
When you have a Team subscription, all you have to do is to:
- Book a short training session with one of our experts. Besides adding your logo to the project presentation, we can also show you what other Branding Options you have.
- Or send us an email, including your logo and tell us that you’d like a branded project presentation.
Share Live 3D
You can share Live 3D for a project. This allows people to experience your design on a computer. They will see a Live 3D walkthrough of your project – either viewing it from above or virtually walking around inside. With Live 3D, they can view your design, but they will not be able to edit it.

Share 360 Views
You can share 360 Views for a project. A 360 View allows people to stand and turn around inside a room.

Share Floor Plans
