Where is My RoomSketcher Project?

Are you new to RoomSketcher and are wondering where you can find your projects? Maybe you started a project, saved it, closed the app and when you opened the app again, the project wasn't there anymore? Don't panic, here's how you find it.

Step 1 - Check Which Account You Are Signed In To

RoomSketcher projects are saved to your RoomSketcher account and stored online. If you cannot find a project you previously created, first make sure you are signed in to the correct account.

1. Open the RoomSketcher App.
2. Click the orange Menu button in the top-left corner.
3. Under Tools, click Account.
4. Check the email address shown in your account details.

Make sure this is the same email address you used when you created the project.
 

Not the Same Email Address?

You may have another RoomSketcher account if you previously signed in using:

• A different email address
• Apple or Facebook Sign In
• A personal email address instead of your work email address
• Another user within your company’s RoomSketcher account

If the email address is incorrect, sign out and sign in again using the account in which you created the project.

Step 2 - Open Your Project Archive

Once you are signed in to the correct account:

1. Click on the orange hamburger menu in the top left, then choose Open in the first column Project.
   
   
    
2. A list of your projects appears. 
   
   
    
3. Click on the project you want to open. You can now continue editing it. 

Search for the Project

• If you have many projects, enter the project name in the search bar at the top of the project archive.
• Try searching for only part of the project name if you do not remember the exact title.
• If your account has multiple users, you can filter by your own and all projects. 
   

How Do I Find My Project in Web Portal?

You can also check your projects in web portal and open them from there. 

1. Sign in to your RoomSketcher account in web portal at app.roomsketcher.com.
2. Click Projects on the left.
3. Search for the project or check the available user filters.

Again, make sure you sign in with the same account that was used to create the project.
 

I Still Can’t Find My Project

The project is usually stored under a different RoomSketcher account.

Try signing in with any other email addresses or sign-in methods you may have used. You can also search your email inboxes for previous emails from RoomSketcher to identify which email address is connected to the account.

If you still cannot find the project, contact us and provide:

• The possible email addresses you may have used
• The name of the missing project
• Approximately when you last worked on it

We will help you locate the correct account.
