If you have a recurring subscription and did not add your VAT ID while purchasing, we can refund VAT within 30 days of a charge. In some cases, the term “Tax ID” may also be used to refer to your VAT ID.
Please reach out to us and provide:
- Your company's valid VAT ID
- Your invoice for the purchase as an attachment to your message.
VAT can only be refunded for 30 days post purchase. After that time, the VAT amount has already been paid to the appropriate authorities.
