Looking for your invoice after purchasing from RoomSketcher? Don’t worry — we’ve made it easy to find all your invoices at one place. Once your payment is complete, you can access and download your invoice directly from your web portal. Follow the steps below.
- Sign In to your web portal.
- Click the blue profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Click Payment History.
- Click one of your purchases. The invoice opens in a new browser tab.
- In the top-right corner, click the grey download icon
to download it.
If you have made your payment via in-app purchases (Apple or Google Play Store), you receive the invoice via email either from Apple or Google.
