I Have Purchased an Upgrade but Cannot See It

I have purchased a Pro subscription but cannot see it

When you have upgraded your subscription to a Pro subscription, and you don't see the upgrade immediately, please sign out of your account, close down the app, and sign in again. 

Note: This issue only happens when you are working with an old version of the RoomSketcher App. Please make sure to always have the latest version of the app. Read here How to Update Your App.

 

I have upgraded to a Premium Project but cannot use Live 3D

Please sign out of your account, close down the app and sign in again. Please note that the Premium Project upgrade is only an upgrade for one particular project.

I have upgraded to a Premium Project but my account still says 'Free'

With an upgrade to a Premium Project, you have purchased an upgrade to one particular project, and not your entire account. This is the reason your subscription still says "Free".
