I Have Purchased an Upgrade but Cannot See It

I have purchased a Pro subscription, but cannot see it

Just upgraded to Pro but don’t see the change yet? No worries, this is usually quick to fix.

Try this first:

  1. Sign out of your RoomSketcher account.
  2. Close the RoomSketcher app completely.
  3. Open the app and sign in again.

This refreshes your account and often makes the Pro features appear right away. 

Still not working?

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the RoomSketcher App. Older versions can cause delays in showing upgrades.

  • Double-check what you purchased. If your account still shows Free, you may have bought a Premium Project upgrade instead of a Pro subscription.

I upgraded to a Premium Project, but cannot use Live 3D

Please check a couple of things: 

  1. Make sure you are working on the correct project – the Premium Project upgrade only applies to one specific project (it's always the project you had open when you made the upgrade). 
  2. Sign out of your account, close down the RoomSketcher app and sign in again.

My Account Still Says “Free” After Upgrading

With an upgrade to a Premium Project, this is expected. 

A Premium Project upgrade:

  • Applies to one project only
  • Does not change your overall subscription, so your account is still a Free subscription
