If you no longer want your Pro or Team subscription to renew automatically, you can cancel it yourself anytime. You'll still have access to all you Pro or Team features until your current subscriptions period ends.
Follow these simple steps to stop automatic renewal:
- Sign In to your web portal.
- Click the blue profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Click Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Click Confirm.
What Happens After I Canceled?
- Your subscription will stay active until the of your current billing period.
- Until that date, you can still use your subscription, and you can also reactivate it again.
- Canceling your subscription does not delete your RoomSketcher account or any of your projects.
Please note that there are no partial refunds for the remaining subscription period or refunds for recurring payments.
I Changed My Mind and Want to Undo the Cancelation
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription anytime before the current billing period ends. Please follow these steps:
- Sign In to your web portal.
- Click the blue profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Click Subscription.
- Click Reactivate Subscription.
If you have a Team subscription, only Admin users can cancel and reactivate the subscription.
What If I Don't See a Subscription Button?
If you don't see the Subscription menu, then you have either
- a Free Account without an active upgrade
- a Free Account with a Premium Project Upgrade
or - are on one of our legacy subscriptions (Pro Small, Medium, or Large).
The Premium Project Upgrade and the legacy subscriptions will expire after one year and won't renew automatically.

We do not offer free trials that automatically convert to paid subscriptions. If you’re on a Free subscription, there’s nothing you need to cancel and you won’t be charged.
What Happens When My Subscription Ends?
Once your RoomSketcher subscription expires, you will no longer have access to your projects. If you’d like to keep working on your projects, make sure to reactivate your subscription before it ends.
Keep in mind that an expired Pro or Team subscription won't be converted to a Free account.
Can I Downgrade My Subscription?
Yes, you can downgrade your subscription under certain conditions:
- From Annual to Monthly: Once your annual period is over, you can switch to a monthly plan. No need to cancel, just contact us, and we’ll handle the change for you.
- From Team to Pro: At the end of your subscription period, you can move from Team to Pro if you only have one user and no customer profiles on your account. Reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.
Please note that downgrading to a Free account is not possible.
