I Get an Error when I Click Edit in App (Safari says "cannot open the page")

If you click Edit in App or Open RoomSketcher App in your browser and see a message like:

• Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid
• Cannot open because it is not the right address
• Safari cannot open the page

this means that you haven't installed the RoomSketcher App. 

How to fix it

1. Download and install the RoomSketcher App on your computer.
2. Go back to the web portal.
3. Click Edit in App again — your project should now open correctly in the RoomSketcher App.
    

Good to know

Web portal is used for managing projects, generating and downloading projects, or using AI to create floor plans. To edit projects, always use the RoomSketcher App.
